I apologize for my absence lately; I’ve been working on some recipes and trying to get some new fashion posts ready to go, but I’ve gotten bogged down and haven’t had much time to post. However, since I actually ventured out of the house a few days this week, I snapped some photos using my tripod and figured I’d share them.

This navy blue dress with black piping is one of those super easy throw-on-and-go situations that goes with tons of stuff, but I was feeling a librarian vibe so I decided to go with some bookish accessories.

I figured the leopard jazzed it up a bit, and the tights were mainly for warmth — it has actually been a little cool around here lately. Of course, I can’t really complain when DC is buried in snow, again.
