Poinsettia (cranberry-champagne cocktail)

I hope you’re getting your sparkles and champagne ready: It’s New Year’s Eve, the most glittery, bubbly, fabulous holiday of the year!

And if you have some extra champagne, or if you just don’t like bubbly by itself, you can make your New Year extra pink.

cranberry and champagne

We sipped these easy cocktails on Christmas morning, but they’re just as good on New Year’s Eve (or while watching the Rose Parade on Jan. 1). All you have to do is mix a little cranberry juice (the sweet kind, not the lip-puckering 100% cranberry kind) with champagne (pink or regular) and drink up!

Poinsettia
Champagne, chilled (we used rose)
Cranberry juice, also chilled (we used the 100% juice kind that’s a blend of cranberry and other juices)

Pour some champagne into a champagne flute, then add desired amount of cranberry juice. Stir with a sparkly swizzle stick, if desired, and drink immediately!
